Application for Membership Status (AMS)

A CDET Application for Membership School is a vocational school or college that is working towards accreditation but has not yet received an accreditation visit by a CDET professional assessing panel. All AMS schools meet CDET's initial criteria for accreditation.

CDET's accredited schools offer courses that vary widely in style, content and aims and they cover the disciplines of classical ballet, musical theatre and contemporary dance.

If you are interested in applying to an AMS school you are advised to visit their websites and then obtain prospectuses from all those you are interested in so you can check that the course aims and typical graduate destinations match your aspirations.

Schools that offer Dance and Drama Awards (DaDAs) are indicated below (see Funding for more information).
