The successful candidate will contribute to the design of the programme by supporting Company dancers aged 11 – 18 years to realise their potential as the dance artists of the future. You will be required to choreograph innovative dance work and rehearse new work created by guest choreographers. You will have a broad understanding of dance and relevant choreographic experience, and the ability to support young people to grow as dancers and choreographers.
